Co-sponsored by the Bethlehem Central School District Green Team, Delmar Farmers Market and Grassroot Givers. Secure paper shredding. Books will be collected for reuse or recycling. Electronics/appliance recycling (no televisions or computer monitors will be accepted at this event this year due to increased recycling costs.) Textile/clothing recycling - ripped, stained, missing mate, all accepted. Backyard compost units available for purchase, truckload sale prices.

Secure shredding is limited to Town of Bethlehem residents and Bethlehem Central School District taxpayers only. Shredding limit: 3 medium sized (e.g., copy paper size) boxes per household.

BACKYARD COMPOSTER SALE! We are very pleased to offer 50% off backyard composters! Must pre-order online by 4/1/18 and pick up at 4/14 event (and attend brief CCE demo upon pickup).

RECYCLING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

Clothing and Textiles: Clothing, footwear, and textiles can also be recycled in the collection bins at the CDTA Elm Ave Park & Ride, Town Municipal Lot at 407 Kenwood Avenue (by Hughes Opticians), the Rupert Road Transfer Station or with local charitable organizations.  See www.townofbethlehem.org/recycle for details.

Electronics: **Recycle TVs, computers, printers, monitors, peripherals, etc. and all cables year-round at the Town’s Rupert Road Transfer Station.

Mixed Paper, Cardboard and Books: Recycle at the Town’s Rupert Road Transfer Station (except hardcover books) or in the Cascade Recovery recycling dumpsters located at the Elm Avenue CDTA Park & Ride or the Town Municipal Lot at 407 Kenwood Ave, Delmar (by Hughes Opticians).
