Overhead Utility Line and Pole Relocation Work to Begin for Glenmont Roundabout Project

Beginning this week, Tuesday-June 9, National Grid will perform work to relocate overhead utility lines and poles to accommodate the construction of the roundabout at the Route 9W/Feura Bush Road/Glenmont Road intersection. While the work will be performed without interruptions of power to businesses and residents, should there need to be interruptions National Grid will notify its customers in advance. All work is expected to occur during the daytime hours with any work within the travel lanes along Glenmont Road, Feura Bush Road, or Route 9W to occur between 9AM and 3PM. Two-way travel will be maintained at all times. The relocation work is expected to take 3 to 4 weeks.
