Connecting with Nature
Presenter: Thacher Nature Center
A beautiful landscape, a walk in the woods, the sound of birdsong, and the warmth of the sun all have positive impacts on our physical and mental well-being. In the cold of winter many of us don’t get enough time outdoors and cabin fever can bring us down. Find out how you can enjoy the benefits of connecting with nature from inside your warm living room. A craft activity will follow a presentation by Thacher Nature Center staff.
