  1. Home Energy Assistance Program application assistance for those age 60+ available by appointment

    December 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018

    For the 2017-2018 heating season, the Home Energy Assistance Program helps people with heating and energy conservation concerns, with a monthly gross income of $2,318 for one person, $3,031 for two people, $3,744 for three people (add $713.00 for each additional person above three people).
