    Each person owning, possessing or harboring an animal as set forth in Section 209-cc of Chapter 680 of the Laws of 2002, must report its presence to the Municipal Clerk´s office on or before April 1 of each year.

  1. FREE Composting classes in March, must pre-register

    March 5, 2019 - March 19, 2019 @ Elm Avenue Park Conference Room

    Two classes, Using Compost in Gardening 101 and Backyard Composting Basics, are being offered by the Town of Bethlehem's Recycling Coordinator Dan Lilkas-Rain in March. The classes are free but pre-registration is required, 518-439-4955 Ext. 2131. Classes are on March 5 and March 19, afternoon and evening sessions for each, see Parks Playbook for more information.

  1. Senior Legal Services Program - no cost, appointments required, 2nd Thursday of the month

    Free legal consultation is available on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. This program is funded by Albany County Department for Aging and staffed by Legal Aid Society of NENY, Inc. You must be 60 years of age or older and an Albany County resident. Call for a 30 minute appointment with the attorney.

  2. Bethlehem Senior Citizens club meets at Town Hall, Thursdays 11-4

    March 14, 2019, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Town Hall Auditorium

    Bethlehem Senior Citizens meet in the Bethlehem Town Hall Auditorium, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar, on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bring your bag lunch and join a group for a chat, pinochle, bingo, or Mah Jongg. Participants must be 55 years or older and reside in the Town of Bethlehem and/or the Bethlehem Central School District. Yearly Dues: $5.00 (Age 55 to 90), Golden Age Membership 90+: free. Social Fees: Fifty cents due at attended meetings.

    Does not meet on days when Town Hall is closed.
