Interested bands must complete an application. Applications are due September 15, 2017. Band selections will be approved by a committee based on appropriateness for the event, location space, suitability of the band to the space, and budget. Selections will be communicated by phone or email after the committee has made its selections.

A W9 is required to process payment and will be requested at the time of booking.

First Night performances are scheduled from approximately 7-10 p.m. Bands can determine the appropriate number of sets they would like to perform to fill that time period.
