Update April 4, 2019
Letters from GAR Associates (data collectors) have gone out to residents for year 3 and 4 of our Residential Data Improvement Project; this includes, Glenmont, Selkirk, South Bethlehem, and Feura Bush areas. The letter includes a toll free (1- 800) phone number to call if you do not want GAR on your property but you must call by April 18th. Since the town is trying to improve and correct the data, it would be best if GAR Associates could remeasure the property to make sure your information is accurate. The data collectors will then start collecting as weather permits. See more on our website under Residential Data Improvement Project under Town Government > Departments > Assessor. The website will be updated periodically with the data collectors’ locations so residents will have an idea when they will be in their neighborhood.
