This group is for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants explore different types of grief and how it affects their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.  Led by compassionate staff from our Senior Services' Outreach, the group offers a safe, supportive space for open discussion and shares healthy coping strategies for healing.
