The mission of the Purchasing Division is to procure the best possible products and services, at the lowest price and best value in compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures of the town and the state of New York. The Purchasing Division administers all bids, quotes, and requests for proposals, leases, and state contracts. We support open, unrestricted competition and welcome any vendor suggestions or ideas that will improve competition in our bids.
