Payment Options

The Town of Bethlehem Justice Court offers two options for the payment of fines: in person or by mail.

In Person

Fines may be paid in person at the Court Office (447 Delaware Avenue side entrance) Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Forms of payments accepted include cash, money order, certified bank check, and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard - a service fee of 2.99% of the payment amount will be assessed on all credit card payments - please note that neither the municipality nor the court receives any portion of the service fee.)   PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

By Mail

Mail your payment using a money order or certified bank check (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). Payments can be mailed to:
