Biography:
Judge Kirby graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond where he completed a double major in history and economics. He graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law and has been admitted to the New York Bar since 1993. Andrew is a member in good standing in the Northern, Southern and Eastern United States District Courts of New York.

Known for his passionate commitment to improving and safeguarding his community, Andrew is also the Town Justice for the Town of Bethlehem, and he frequently lectures on a wide variety of legal subjects at continuing legal education seminars for the law community at large.
