Judge Lynch has spent her legal career dedicated to public service.  She received her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Honors in Sociology, from the University of Michigan.  She has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2006.

Judge Lynch also serves as Second Vice President for the Capital District Women’s Bar Association and as a member of the Third Judicial Department’s Character and Fitness Committee.
