Responsibilities

The Ambulance Board was created by the Town Board on February 23, 2011. The board is comprised of three volunteer commissioners who will advise the Town Board on financial, contractual, and quality of service matters related to the ambulance services from three ambulance organizations in Bethlehem. The Town Board has direct responsibility for ambulance services throughout town, and the Ambulance Board will strengthen the town's managerial responsibilities and oversight in this critically important area of public health.
