Paperless Billing Disclosure:

By enrolling this email address in paperless billing, you agree to no longer receive a paper bill via the US Postal Service for your water/sewer bill. You will only receive your water/sewer bill via email and will need to print it if you want a paper copy. You will be solely responsible for updating any email changes for your water/sewer account. The Town of Bethlehem will not be responsible for any penalties incurred on your account due to a problem with your email address or internet service provider. You may update your email information as often as needed via the Town Website only.

By clicking the authorization below, you are confirming that you are the owner of the property and have read and agreed to the terms and conditions written above.

**You are not enrolled until you click the Agree button above, the Submit button below and receive your enrollment confirmation email. You will receive the email acknowledging your enrollment in paperless billing for your water/sewer account within 72 business hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 business hours, please contact the Water/Sewer Department at (518) 439-4955, Option 4. Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.


Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment in paperless billing at any time by contacting water/sewer billing at 518-439-4955, option 4. You need to have your account number to cancel. Once your account has been removed from paperless billing, you will receive a confirmation email and will start receiving paper bills via the US Postal Service for your water/sewer billing.
