Program Proposal Information

Would your business or organization like to run your program or camp at a Town park?
Each year, we invite proposals from interested parties. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Form has been posted, see below, with a submission deadline in February of the following year for any program or camp that year.  For example, you would submit a proposal form in November 2025 for your program or camp that would run in 2026.

This proposal form is intended for organizations that already have an established business running a program or camp and would like to use park space.  If approved, we will create a contract with you, and you will pay a fee to the Parks and Recreation Department.  You will manage your own registration system.

Interested in Becoming an Instructor?

Would you like to offer a program through the Parks and Recreation Department?
Complete an Instructor Program Proposal Form.

This form is for individual instructors who would like their program to be part of the Town’s Parks and Recreation offerings.  In this arrangement, the department will handle all registration, fee collection, and payments — you’ll simply be paid as the instructor.
